When clients place orders online Credit Card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by Banca Sella which accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

SHOPHAPPINESS.COM Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed by Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna.

If there are sufficient funds and the account is valid, the order will be processed by BPER. Credit cards are debited upon order placement for available merchandise.

Paypal:

SHOPHAPPINESS.COM welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts, and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address the Paypal account is registered with.

   

Order Update

Clients can obtain their order(s) status by sending an E-mail to info@shophappiness.com.

The E-mail must include the first and last name under which the order was placed, the shipping address and the Order Number.

To request the invoice of your order you can write an e-mail to order@shophappiness.com.

   

Order Changes

We remind clients once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Shipment Date

Orders are shipped from SHOPHAPPINESS.COM inRimini, Italy - Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

We remind first-time Clients that SHOPhAPPINESS.COM will request BPER to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping.

Rintracciabilità della spedizione

Al momento della spedizione dell’ordine, SHOPHAPPINESS.COM invia ai propri clienti un’e-mail contenente il numero di spedizione fornito da UPS.

I clienti possono seguire lo stato della propria spedizione sul sito www.ups.com. inserendo il codice fornito da UPS al momento dell’ordine.

   

Resi

Se per qualsiasi motivo il Cliente non fosse soddisfatto del proprio acquisto, gli articoli non indossati possono essere restituiti per cambio taglia o rimborso entro 10 giorni dalla data di spedizione.

Istruzioni per il Reso

  1. Per richiedere l’autorizzazione al reso, il Cliente deve inviare una richiesta all’indirizzo info@shophappiness.com entro 10 giorni dalla ricezione dell’ordine. Nella e-mail devono essere specificati i codici degli articoli che si intendono restituire e la compensazione desiderata: cambio taglia, o rimborso parziale otale. Una volta ricevuta la richiesta di reso, SHOPHAPPINESS.COM invierà al Cliente una conferma scritta tramite e-mail.
  2. La restituzione potrà essere effettuata con corriere UPS nei termini indicati dalla e-mail di conferma.

Nella modalità di reso effettuato per cambio taglia la spedizione di rientro sarà A CARICO DEL CLIENTE.
E’ possibile effettuare il cambio solo per una diversa taglia o un diverso colore dello stesso articolo, qualora disponibile. Non è possibile cambiare il capo con un articolo differente.

Nella modalità di reso effettuato per rimborso, la spedizione di rientro sarà a carico del Cliente. 
Il costo della spedizione di rientro è di Euro 10, che verranno detratti dal rimborso finale dovuto. Il riaccredito sarà visibile sull’estratto conto della carta di credito del Cliente dopo un minimo di 30 giorni dalla data di rimborso. Tale tempistica può variare leggermente in base alla circuito bancario della carta di credito utilizzata.

La restituzione dei capi deve pervenire presso la sede di SHOPHAPPINESS.COM entro 10 giorni dall’avvenuta autorizzazione scritta al Cliente da parte del reparto Resi.

TERMINI E CONDIZIONI

  • I capi non devono essere stati indossati, lavati o alterati e non devono presentare nessun segno d’uso.
  • Ogni capo deve essere restituito comprensivo di tutte le etichette, confezioni ed accessori originali (Dustbags, grucce, copriabiti etc.) eventualmente ricevuti insieme all’ordine. Tutte le calzature ed accessori devono essere restituiti insieme alla loro scatola originale, che è considerata a tutti gli effetti parte integrante del prodotto stesso e che non deve essere stata in nessun modo danneggiata e/o alterata, né utilizzata come unico imballaggio esterno.
  • Nell’eventualità che il Cliente riceva merce difettosa, o che si verifichino errori nelle spedizioni da parte di SHOPHAPPINESS.COM, è richiesto di seguire le stesse istruzioni sopra riportate. SHOPHAPPINESS.COM si riserva il diritto di richiedere prove fotografiche prima di autorizzare resi per merce difettosa e farsi carico delle spese di spedizione per il rientro della merce presso i propri locali.
  • Costumi da bagno e capi intimi (Bikini, slip, boxer etc.) devono essere provati sopra la propria biancheria personale. I resi di tali articoli saranno rifiutati e rispediti al Cliente nel caso in cui i capi presentino segni di uso.
  • Tutti i capi restituiti sono sottoposti ad ispezione da parte di SHOPHAPPINESS.COM e devono rispettare tutti i parametri elencati nella procedura di reso. SHOPHAPPINESS.COM si riserva il diritto di stabilire un addebito pari al 10% del valore della merce restituita nei casi in cui il reso non sia conforme a tutti i termini e condizioni previsti dalla nostra politica resi.
  • SHOPHAPPINESS.COM si riserva il diritto di rifiutare resi non autorizzati o spediti con corrieri diversi da UPS. L’accettazione di tali resi comporta comunque un addebito pari al 10% del valore della merce restituita.
  • Gli articoli personalizzati non possono essere nè resi nè cambiati.

Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. The site is linked to all the holdings of Happiness Srl including warehouses and stores.

Once the order is processed by the Orders Department SHOPHAPPINESS.COM reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with SHOPHAPPINESS.COM. Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.

Once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

SHOPHAPPINESS.COM reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.

It is at the sole discretion of Happiness Srl to reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time.

   

Final Customers
